Cake flavors:
Chiffon cake- white sponge style soft cake. Type we use for marble cake as well.
Vanilla butter cake* – richer yellow batter cake, can be flavored, lemon, orange, poppy seed, lavender, almond etc.
Devils food cake- Rich dark chocolate cake
Red velvet cake- classic buttermilk batter style cake
Carrot cake** – Rich and moist, made with walnuts and pineapple.
Filling Options:
Our Mousses are Light and delicate and make excellent fillings for our cakes. All
mousses are made with whipped cream, so they are lighter than the buttercream. All
mousses except the chocolate mousse, we can incorporate fresh fruit.

Italian Buttercream Filling- can be flavored lemon, chocolate, coffee, peanut butter,
salted caramel, strawberry and raspberry (These are typically used in “Naked” style
cakes as they are sturdier fillings)
Frosting options
- Italian Meringue buttercream- light and delicate
- American buttercream- sweet and sugary
- Fondant- rolled sugarpaste used for decorative purposes and always done over
Italian Meringue buttercream.
